A whole leg (also called a Fresh Ham) is a magnificent joint when cooking for crowds. For smaller roasts, we divide the leg into two. Choose from the tender fillet end or the shank end with sweeter meat and lots of skin for crackling fans.
We currently source our pork from another trusted organic farm.
