| New Delivery Information Effective week commencing 8th February 2010 We have taken steps over the past twelve months to reduce, and where possible, make our packaging more environmentally friendly . The introduction of sheep wool that can be returned to us has helped both our environmental impact and slightly reduced costs. That said, given the increasing input costs and ever rising fuel prices we are no longer able to cover these costs within the price. The very thin margins on organic meat simply cant sustain it. As a result of this we must inform you that our delivery charge will increase to accommodate the full postage and part of the packaging cost. This means that for National Customers our postage and packaging cost will now be £15.00, with no free delivery band. For Local Customers we are moving to a late afternoon/ early evening delivery slot and we will deliver orders in baskets, cutting out the need for packaging boxes. We will of course carry some insulated boxes on the van should you not be in at this time. Orders over £50.00 will still be delivered free. We sincerely hope that you will continue to support Sheepdrove and our way of farming that we know is better for you, us, the animals and the environment.
