Our resident cook, Mel,
with chef and cook book author Eric Treuille


Many of the recipes on our site are donated by Rosie Kindersley (Peter and Juliet's daughter). Together with her husband, cookbook author Eric Treuillé, Rosie runs Books for Cooks, a cook book shop in Notting Hill with a tiny cafe, where recipes are tested and lunch is served, and a cooking school, where demonstrations and hands-on classes take place.
